The staff at Miller Family Dentistry has many years of experience working with dental patients.  From the time you walk in the front door you will recognize their priority is your satisfaction.

Dr. Duane M. Miller

 

Dr. Duane M. Miller was born and raised in Aurora, Nebraska.  He received a bachelor's degree in Biology from Doane College in 1995 where he enjoyed participating on the football team.  He then graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 1999.  Dr. Miller assumed the practice of a retiring dentist in Nebraska City that same year and has enjoyed spending his entire career in such a great community.  When he is not at work, Dr. Miller is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf, as well as attending sporting events such as Husker football games.  Dr. Miller is also kept very busy with his family and with coaching youth sports, as he and his wife Laurie have 3 children.

Karen Johnston

 

Karen Johnston has been working in the dental profession for over 3 decades. After graduating from Nemaha Valley High School, she received her Dental Assistant diploma from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska. Karen and her husband live on a farm and have raised two grown sons. A perfect day for Karen involves playing the piano, reading a good book, and trying new recipes in her kitchen. She enjoys her role in helping people improve their smiles, and maximizing their insurance benefits.

Diane Cunningham

 

Diane has been working at Miller Family Dentistry for 15 years and her overall experience in the dental profession is closing in on 40 years! Diane graduated from High School right here in Nebraska City and is certified in x-ray and coronal polishing through the University of Nebraska. In her spare time, she enjoys bowling. She and her husband have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Diane loves to educate patients about the importance of a healthy mouth.

Kimberly Doty

 

Kimberly has been working in the dental profession for 25 years. After graduating from Fremont Mills High School in Tabor, Iowa, she studied at Iowa Western Community College. She has continued her education with a course in Advanced Orthodontics. Kimberly enjoys the outdoors, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, and spending time with her three wonderful kids. She loves the close ongoing relationships with her patients and tries to convey this message: "Let your smile change the world, don't let the world change your smile."
